When do I get access to the printable and downloadable workbook and recipe plan?

How do I gain access to the extra support with the Silver and Gold Programs?
After purchase you will have access to your private member area where you’ll find the link to the 90 day Facebook Group support program. Gold Program members will have access to the booking calendar to schedule their one on one coaching session.
What if I find it difficult to implement ?
